Easy Weeknight Chicken Thighs

Been really loving how easy and delicious this recipe is from cookinglsl

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/16 tsp cayenne pepper (optional) or a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and cayenne pepper.

  3. Place chicken on a greased cookie sheet or baking pan. Pour the sauce over it. Make sure it is evenly coated.

  4. Bake chicken uncovered for 30-40 minutes, until the top is golden and the internal temperature of the meat is 165F.
